Artist Professional Support (APS) is led by artists and curators working across exhibitions, artist development, and funding support.
We design and deliver programmes that create clear routes for artists to develop and present work.
Sarah Francis (she/they)
Creative Director and Founder
I design exhibitions, programmes, and funding strategies that support artists to develop and present work.
Alongside this, I develop and deliver fundraising strategies, working across grants and partnerships to support the organisation’s programme and long term growth.
Lucy Morrison (she/her)
Programme and Exhibitions Coordinator
I coordination and delivery of exhibitions and artist programmes, working closely with artists to support the development and presentation of their work through clear, accessible processes.
How we work
APS works across multiple spaces, including The Mill Gallery, as well as partner venues and project sites.
We combine exhibition, mentoring, and funding support to create practical and accessible routes for artists.
