Katie Yang
My name is Katie Yang, I am a British – Chinese artist and currently based in the UK. My main focuses are character design, visual development and illustration and I’m – at the moment – a full-time freelancer. I grew up loving 2D animation such as Cardcaptor Sakura, Tom and Jerry and Monkey Journey to the West. These were my main source of inspiration during my childhood. Later I discovered Disney, Ghibli films and video games (particularly love 2D indie games!). Outside of art, I love to learn new languages (currently working hard on Japanese) and making friends with the cats down our street.
