Terms and Conditions:

1. As part of this project you will have to complete a feedback form at the end of the show.

2. All work must be original artwork, or limited edition prints.

4. We encourage exhibition artwork to be for sale. We charge 40% commission from any sales made during any of the exhibition. All proceeds from the exhibition are used for the promotion and exhibition. Any additional funds are donated to APS Gallery for the continuation of the programme of exhibitions. If you would prefer not to sell your artwork, please mark it as NFS on the application.

5. If your artwork sells during the exhibition the artist will be notified and paid at the end of the exhibition. The artwork will be available to collect by the customer at the end of the exhibition.

8. APS Gallery are not liable for any loss or damage incurred to the artwork when exhibited or in storage and advises all artists to seek their own insurance.

10. While most of our audience are adults we like to stay mindful that we are a community interest company and are not strictly 18+ so some of our audience may include younger people, because of this we ask that all content across the board for this project is SFW (not offensive, not overly sexual or overly violent).
